HILTON PORTLAND DOWNTOWN HOTEL, Portland – Your ideal downtown stay

I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with a massive TV, offering a comfortable experience. However, I was disappointed that an extra bed couldn't be accommodated despite my request. The hotel beds were top-notch, providing a great night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Portland downtown, close to shopping, great restaurants, and theaters. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining options could be better, especially for breakfast. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience overall.

I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but they were clean and accommodating for two people. I was traveling alone, so the size was fine for me, but I expected more amenities for the price paid. The hotel only offered double beds instead of queens, which was a bit disappointing. The service was a mix - while some staff members were very friendly and helpful, others gave me the 'run-around' and even talked down to me sarcastically during check-in. The location was great for my needs, within walking distance of excellent shopping and dining options. The dining experience was somewhat limited but had unique offerings. Overall, the small room size and mixed service experiences were balanced out by the convenient location and decent dining options.
